I heard that Thaxton got himself stuck in the playhole of his "Evergreen: Music from the Films of Barbra Streisand" master CD (see description at http://www.filmtracks.com/titles/streisand.html) and had to admit himself to a local hospital to have it removed without damaging himself or the CD.
