They are both great action-scores, in my opinion Cutthroat
But the

I'd have to say that Goldsmith's "Total Recall" is the best action score, but as far as heroic music goes, James Horner's all-round filmography just about sums it up, "Rocketeer" inparticular.

I haven't heard "Mummy Returns" as much as "CutThroat Island", but I'd have to say I prefer the latter score.
