How can I find the theme from the trailer. It's a powerful theme, it sounds like violins, I don't know though. Does anyone know where I can find it?

The theme in a trailer is taken from piece "Almost Martyrs", from "The Life of David Gale" soundtrack by Alan Parker's sons. A powerful stuff, I agree.

Thanks for the info - it had been bothering me that I knew the music (knew it wasn't from Munich). And yes, The Life of David Gale is a powerful score -- luckily I already own it.
