Are you an idiot? Hatikvah (the Hope) is a string arrangement of the Israeli national anthem, which is based on Smetana's The Moldau. It's not a rip-off.

The Hatikvah could be based on Vlatva, but even if it is, Smetana took that tune for his orchestral "suite" My COuntry, from a folk tune. That folk tune has a lot of history!
The last arrangement of Hatikvah that i did for my school orchestra went totally wrong! it began with a fanfare which was to "modern" for all the audience and everybody came in singing in the wrong key... awww bless.
