BULL! Where do you have this info? they do indeed reherse - and often do several takes before doing it right. Allthough they are very good, I believe it was Elliot Goldenthal, who said he was amazed the first time he worked with the LSO, because they got it PERFECT at the THIRD take, something he hadn't expereinced with any studio orchestra.
