Try combining voy-tsye[H:]
Voy - as in VOIvod, VOYager...
ts - as in the tse-tse fly + ye as in YEsterday, etc.; together, it should sound more like a softer variation of the first syllable in "cheat", "cheek", "chill", and so on.
h - hard H, as in basically any English word beginning with the phoneme (and not Romanic in origin) - *H*ard, heaven, hockey, etc.
