other music in the movie   Tuesday, February 20, 2007 (12:17 p.m.)

While Hans Zimmers score was incredible its the other music in the movie thats
in need of comment also. I have been looking for the name of the BIG BAND song played in the NEW YORK CLUB scene in the movie and there is no mention of it anywhere. I have listened to all the other music listed in the credits of the film and are unable to find this particular song. Its the other music that really puts you in the film. What was the music of the period and it was what the actual people of the period were listening to. And while FAITH HILL did a fantastic job she certainly was not alive at the time of the bombing of PEARL HARBOR. So if there is anyone out there that can tell me the name of this song i would really appreciate it.

Hey guys I think that I found it, check this out.
"Jumpin' at the Woodside"

It sounds a lot like the one from the movie but the start of it is different. So I hope that this is it and it helps.
