I don't know about this review... I like this score a lot. It's well thought out thematically, melodic writing is elegant, not overdone. I know Elkis was a synthesist on Aeon Flux, which I quite like, but this soundtrack is definitely better, more consistent. It has a good musical range and unique sound. The way he blends orchestra with electronics is really neat. The action cues are wicked too. I liked the film as well, I was pleasantly surprised. It was a lot smarter than the trailers made it out to be. Overall an impressive debut.
