Now Playing: Pandora FILM SCORES !
I absolutely LOVED all four "Pirates" movies. Loved all the film scores also. I bought all four CD film scores knowing I'd play them back to back, over and over.
The first time I played them, in order, I was able to fully immerse myself as no one but myself was home and I had killer headphones on. Meaning NO distractions.
I was SO surprised at how "At World's End" hit me emotionally. I did not notice this at the theater. I have researched for hours trying to find a place I could express this to and see if others experienced this also. I've found nothing to indicate any one favored one more than the other.
To me, as much as I loved them all and never would have thought about the film scores being able to get any better or needing to be, this third movie took it to such a higher level I cannot stop playing it over and over and cannot keep from crying all the way through it at the emotion it brings up. Not that it's anything sad or feelings that could be expressed in words.
I love them all but this one hits me to the core. My soul. I plan to see the movie again and try and find a visual obvious reason. I've felt such a desire to learn what inspired Hans Zimmer to dig so deep in this one. Or if he saw it this way or at all. It feels I am the loan person feeling this way. That would be OK as I realize it is and just wanted so badly to tell Hans Zimmer how it moved me so. I never email or post anything. Or know how. It was such a burning desire to
tell someone! So THANK YOU! for being here and not even requiring registration to post. I've not been able to a few times over the years for I did not understand what they were requiring even!
