There is a beautiful men choir at the track called Men Of Harlech. There are a beautiful string, brass and percussion sections and there are some African woodwind instruments to illustrate the place where the movie is set.Cymbal crashes add a sense of pomp, grandeur or drama to the score. There are pompous, grand and spectacular march and battle themes to illustrate the intensity of war and battles between the Zulu and English. There are some suspenseful, menacing, haunting and dramatic cues to reflect to the despair and hopelessness of the English soldiers who are outnumbered by the Zulus.Excellent score.
