Oucast had a spectacular score for full orchestra and choir. The Outcast website used to have the entire score available for d/l in mp3 format until Atari bought out the publisher and closed the site. There are still a few of the tracks available, however, here:

I loved the game and the voxel engine was a cool new way too. But the orchestral scroe was definatly the best.
I think it was composed by Lenny Morre, which I never heared of

Outcast is awsome   Thursday, June 5, 2003 (7:04 p.m.)

I think Outcast has to be my favorite game soundtrack! Those choral requiems for Shamazaar and Adelphia are stunning. As well as the brooding bass strings in World of Marshes. Its a shame that Outcast 2 was canceled.
The best way to get the score is by finding the game CD-ROMs, (they can be found on ebay for real cheap around $10) CD 2 has audio tracks that can be played in a any CD player. Around 67 min of score.

Also of note the large orchestral action-adventure scores for Kessen 1 & 2 by Reijiro Koroku and performed in Russia. They are also worth seeking out. They sounds like those big epic scores of the Golden Ages.
