the burning bush.... powerful cue   Thursday, March 4, 2004 (8:56 a.m.)

oh my....every time i listen to this track, i start to cry.. soon as i heard it for the very first time tears came to my eyes right away. i mean for someone this must sound really stubid, but i live for music and i wanna do it for the rest of my life and... music is really my whole life. Luckily i was able to get "the burning bush" so now i can listen to it over and over again. Oh, and another track that does the same is "this land" from the Lion King and the scene that gives me tears is the one where Simba takes eventually over his kingdom and walks to the Pride Rock in the end. Man... i love these scores!

i know what you mean   Sunday, April 18, 2004 (1:20 p.m.)

I know what you mean...I like this kind of music too, but i've only cried during one song, and that is the first track on Michael W Smith's Freedom CD. It's not a soundtrack, but it is all instrumental. I could listen to the first track over and over again if a could. IF you ever get a chance i think you'd like this one. I feel stupid to be crying at wordless songs, especially since i'm a guy, but I am going to do music the rest of my life too, so i guess it's good for me to love music this much...:-)

We must be related! Those two pieces ("Burning Bush", "This Land") are guaranteed tearjerkers for me as well. I am a committed soundtrack junkie, and these two are my favorites among the animated genre.
