As a huge fan of both Hans Zimmer and Danny Elfman, I am quite fed up hearing you guys argue about who is the best composer. So please, quit likening Elfman to Zimmer or even Howard Shore, there's no point of doing that.

Every composer, may it be Zimmer, Elfman or Shore, has brought his own fresh ideas to every chapter of the saga. And what really interests me is to see the whole musical evolution. One more fascinating thing: Zimmer's "Hannibal" describes Hannibal Lecter as an intelligent and subtle person, whereas Elfman's "Red Dragon" and Shore's "The Silence of the Lambs" show him in his purest form: an animal. Simply amazing.

And, for me, every new score provided by Elfman is a pure jewel, and I scream loud and clear to whoever wants to hear me that "Red Dragon" is no exception.
