"Rock Shop" is different in the film than on the OST

I'm rewatching and I noticed, the brass/horn blasts that open the cue - that I always assumed Mickey-Moused Robo banging down the factory door - aren't there, just the cymbol as he's revealed in the frame. Also, when he's targeting the thugs, the light, bell-like chiming from the cue is also absent, only the bass underscore can be heard (all before the percussion starts).

What gives?
