It's just a folk song... it has no deep meaning. That is why they are all trashed and singing it and laughing. It's also been sung/recorded by American folk singers in English. It's about how this person love's the mountains, the birds, the rivers and the sky... It's like a childrens song. Then they make up a nonsense verse to rhyme that sounds fun. That's all.
