Track 11- The Shawshank Redemption. Start playback at 2:50 to build into the climax at around 3:35.

I love this cue, I think the way he builds it is amazing. I always think of the wheels of some huge machine starting to roll. The only qualm I have is that when we finally get to the shining moment of glorly...it's over all too soon. I know this is because of the flow of the film, but I really could have used another 15 seconds of brass there.
