i absolutely agree with the previous comments. there is a definite bias in your reviews of zimmer's works, which i have commented on in other zimmer reviews. you cannot dish out credit and take from zimmer when the man's name appears on the front cover of the album! secondly, if his "ghost writers" are writing the bulk of the music, why do they continue to include themselves on his projects and let him take center stage!?!?! i applaud zimmer's use of other composers as it mainly serves as an opportunity for younger aspiring composers to have a home and an opportunity to showcase their talents on the big stage. you seem to forget that angle. again, the klaus badelt's and harry gregson-williams and john powells owe their livelihood to zimmer. but this will in no way put an end to your bias against him.

i can see it now, your review for dark knight which will be no different than batman begins: "the only good parts to the score are those so clearly composed by james newton howard with his excellent use of moving and stirring strings, and again i ask why he chooses to let zimmer run all over his intricate cues with brass and synthesizers".

drop the bias and the inuendo/unfounded assumptions of work credit, and stick to reviewing the work as it stands!
