Big Fish -- odds-on resurrection for Elfman!Folks, don't yet lose your hopes. I have just listened to the samples from Danny Elfman's new score "Big Fish" (coming out December 23 on Sony Classical label) and as little as the samples can signify, the man seems to have returned to the golden style of Sommersby. The Big Fish's key theme as heard in "Sandra's Theme", in particular, although somewhat reminiscent of the Legends of the Fall score's theme, is as savorous as ever.
Just can't wait for the Big Fish to come out!
