Star Trek VI Trailer   Sunday, August 20, 2006 (5:57 p.m.)
• Now Playing: "Star Trek VI: The Undiscovered Country" by Cliff Eidelman

In the trailer, not the teaser, for Star Trek VI: The Undiscovered Country, there is music that sounds like it is from the actual score, but isn't on album and I don't remember it performed like that in the movie. I think it was either specially composed by Cliff Eidelman for the trailer or is rejected material from the score. I'd love to hear it isolated.

Are you talking about the flute part at the beginning?

I heard that Mr. Eidelman wrote original music just for the theatrical trailer. It would be great to have an appropiate (no MCA mixing)expanded/complete score and the trailer music as a bonus track.

That music in the trailer is EXCEPTIONAL!!! I know exactly the part of which you speak! I vow from this day forth to find an isolated version of that thing and share it with all!!!
