I saw the movie Stargate when I was at camp the past summer and I was virtually amazed by how beautiful it looked. I think that out of Roland Emmerich's other works including "Godzilla", "The Day After Tomorrow", "10000 B.C." and "2012", this, "Independence Day", and "The Patriot" are three of Roland Emmerich's best films to date. David Arnold's music, however, is the strongest aspect of the movie itself. It has a feel of adventure, drama, and suspence that are mixed perfectly and it works really well. David, for doing such a great job, this deserves a solid 100% rating and a thumbs up from me.
