Okay, this is hardly a defense for this techno-ized mess of a score, but if you like scores with a techno edge to them, BT does deliver a more authentic and interesting techno experience on this than most scores that attempt to sound "hip" (most likely because he is a techno artist by trade). If you approach this album as if you are listening to a techno album with a little more craft than is normally evident in that genre, with some catchy themes tossed in for good measure, it makes for a fun guilty pleasure listen.
