does anyone know the argument that made James Horner leave??

If you could tell please I would appreacate it. Jerry Goldsmith is definatly a gifted composer. I loved what he did with First Knight, that had some great melodies. And I am also a huge fan of James Horner's work and I just want to know if anyone knows why he left. I guess it was probably because the director couldn't see James Horner's vision of what he wanted to do with the film.
