I think these warnings are new to the Decca label only. I recently bought some other CDs like Riddick, Around the World in 80 Days, Troy & Harry Potter and they had nothing on them. This is not to say that they may all have them soon. Not sure. The warning is rediculous looking. Not only is in on the artwork but also imprinted on the CD itself. Is there really any need for this. I don't think so. People are still going to rip them and copying them. I don't think they are going to see the warning and be so scared that they don't do it. It's just not going to work.
