Comments about the soundtrack for Titanic (James Horner)

What instrument is that?

Does anyone know the instrument that is used a lot throughout the original Titanic soundtrack that sounds like bagpipes? I really like the sound of it during the piece "Hymn To The Sea" where it is used the most.
