Music at the end of the movie

Everytime I watch the movie on my DVD, I always want to listen to certain tracks on the CD to find out which part of the music plays in which scene of the film. To listen to the music alone is a stunning experience by itself.

I have bought the soundtrack more recently than the film.

I am a little puzzeled about the sequence at the end of the movie, where you can see old Rose make a final flash-back to the grand staircase aboard Titanic to see Jack Dawson, Thomas Andrews, the passengers, the crew and the captain back alive again. I cannot seem to pinpoint the music on the soundtrack that was used the final flashback scene. Can somebody tell me where this part of the music is located on the soundtrack-CD?
