I don't have any interest in trying to spot 'stolen' and 'borrowed' themes in film scores... But it was rather startling that many times in 'Troy' we were treated to the the four notes of Strauss's 'Agamemnon' motive from 'Elektra' first as Hector came on the screen, then Paris, then other people... but never once Agamemnon!

Listen out for it: C1 - G - Eb1 - C1...
