I ABSOLUTELY know that the 2nd part of the music is not from RUDY. It is composed by Michael Giacchino. He wrote the music for the computer video game Medal of Honor: Allied Assault. The songs used in the game were used in the trailer. Here is a direct quote from the May 31st News Archive at :

I've just got an interesting e-mail concerning the music that Michael Giacchino wrote for Medal Of Honor. The new Dreamworks movie, "Seabiscuit" features the music from Medal Of Honor in it's trailer. This is one of the first times I recall music for a game being used in a movie release. "
