Whether it's a squadron of Rapiers, Lancaster bombers or P51 Mustangs the emotive effect is exactly the same. Try to intellectualise it and it fails, this is targeted directly at the gut and analysis is futile. You either feel it or you don't. I just watched it again tonight and the nostalgia kick is in absolute max turbo mode.
