I know several, Crimson Tide's main theme was played (Roll Tide), I know also that The Wheat and The Battle from Gladiator were played (with good effect by the orchestra) and especially Chicken Run's Main Titles, which was the best piece of all by the orchestra, it also got the largest applause of all.

You also got the improvisational piece at the end which mixed Driving Miss Daisy's main theme, Thelma and Louise (along with Pete Haycock and Heitor Pereira) and then they shifted to The Power of One or Rhytm of the Pride land, along with every artist, choir, orchestra and Lisa Gerrard, Lebo M and Nonhlanhla Keswa. It was a encore number and it was great!

I think that was it, it might be one was still lacking but I don't know it anymore, hope this helps a bit!
