Symphonic Star Trek (1996) This excellent CD mixes a variety of sound effects and tracks from the first seven films. Some of these have appeared on prior Kunzel releases, but here they are compiled into one, seemingly unordered collection. Many of the performances rival the orinials in quality. The overall sound quality is great, as usual. The opening narration by Nimoy is good, with Horner and Goldsmith music in the background. Included as a bonus is a second CD; it is a CD-ROM with a number of games on it --I have no idea how well it functions. *****
