The score was first available as a regular European release from Sony
in June of 2004. No American pressing was available through Sony's U.S. distribution
at that time, however some of the online soundtrack specialty outlets offered the
album to Americans for as much as $30. An American pressing by Sony in June of 2005
(coinciding with the limited release of the film in the U.S.) is a regular commercial
release.
