The original concert format re-recording was reprinted by
MCA many times between 1986 and 1990, each time with slightly different
cover art. They are out of print, but still available in some stores.
The 1996 reissue is a regular U.S. release and has been more readily
available in the 2000's. The 2002 20th Anniversary reissue is a regular
U.S. release as well, with a SACD alternative also pressed.
