The original 1987 Warner Brothers album was printed in only limited numbers
and is long out of print. The expanded 1998 Rykodisc album was a regular U.S. release but
has also fallen out of print. The 2003 EMI/Capitol album is a mass commercial pressing that
was initially sold at a retail price of $10.
