Several commercial releases exist. The regular digital and CD edition contains
eighteen tracks for standard retail prices. For an additional $5 to $8, the 2-CD "Deluxe Edition"
includes six additional tracks. An LP vinyl edition featuring the regular album's tracks is
also available. Total and track times vary due to different cross-fading on the album types.
