The MCA album is a regular U.S. release, but it fell out of print and
commanded more than $40 at its height. The bootlegs, first leaked in their nearly-complete
form in 2005, all contain roughly the same material and are only available on the
collector's market. The expanded 2012 Intrada album is a regular commercial release of
unlimited quantities, initially selling for $25.
