The 1997 bootleg existed on the on the 'Pony Express' label (PECD
4002). Soundtrack specialty outlets carried that album in 1998 for $30 to $40 a
piece. The 2007 Varèse Sarabande Club release was limited to 3,000 copies,
but was still available for purchase from the same outlets a year after its
debut.
