Even though ET still remains my favourite score of all time I believe AI (which does sound remarkably similar to ET) contains some of the most beautiful pieces of film music ever written.

Of course John Williams is and will always be the undisputed master of film music (runners up being Alex North and Bernard Herrmann), and the music he has written for AI is truly beautiful. Track 9 - Where are Dreams are born is in my opinion simply breathtaking and makes me cry everytime I hear it. Even though the film what choppy the last act of the film is some of the most outstanding filmmaking ever and deserved Spielberg the Best Director Academy Award.

I truly love this SCORE!!!!

5 out of 5
