Do you notice that the snares get slightly out of line with each other around 4:45 in Futile Escape.

probably just an intended mix to make it sound like there are 100 of drummers - they made the same mix with RIPLEY'S RESCUE - that's why there are a percussion oly mix - so we can hear that this is the actually percussion track - what you hear in Ripley's rescue is the percussion track mixed in with the percusion track with only second difference so it sound like there are 100 drummers
