Comments about the soundtrack for Star Wars: Attack of the Clones (John Williams)

It's like he didn't have time to write more than one theme??

'Across the Stars', the love theme, is ubiquitously interspersed throughout the soundtrack. I wonder if the heavy 2002 schedule that JW has on his plate played a part in how much effort he put into this soundtrack. I have these 3 questions:

Why would the love theme appear in the Yoda and younglings theme(I know the film through and through and Anakin/Padme aren't with Yoda in those scenes)?

Why would the Count Dooku finale have the love theme?

Why is JW seemingly borrowing heavily from Hook and Harry Potter?

Maybe JW should do a rewrite for the special editions.

On a lighter note:
I still think the film score will rock 'as heard in the film' and even with just the cd it is a must have.
