Oh look, its reviewed by another of these clearly anti-Zimmer biased reviewers that likes to compare everything he's ever done to the Rock soundtrack *yawn*

Gimme a break, its a shame because I thought this might be a half decent soundtrack review site.

Firstly, ALL composers have their signature sound that runs through everything, more so Danny Elfman than Zimmer I'd say, yet I dont see you official reviewers complaining as much about that!. Pure bias.

Secondly, this craps all over the Rock soundtrack from a great height. You can hear his mastery and experience from years of work shine through in what is I think one of the most emotionally moving soundtracks ever made.

I first stumbled across a track from the Batman Begins soundtrack by accident on someones myspace page, it was one of those stop what you're doing moments and just melt into the sound. This soundtrack is such a work of beauty, I ordered it that very day and when it arrived was not dissapointed.

Also the reviewers wrong in stating Howard had little noticeable part in the soundtrack. I can hear his signature style a lot in this!, especially in the Macrotus and Corynorhinus tracks. I was surprised by just how well their sounds blended together for this.

In terms of fitting the film, it was perfect, it helped give the film its own seperate identity from the original franchise and Dannys faster more full on style of music.

I still love the first Batman movie and Dannys score, but this is equally as stunning and much prefer listening to the Batman Begins soundtrack at home.

So can we quit the lame Zimmer (oh nooo not as good as the rock again) official reviews now please. kthnxbye.
