By Rabin; first track will give you the theme.

I've heard the track from Deep Blue Sea as well as the first track entitled "the experiment" but i dont think thats what they are playing unless we are referring to different trailers.. i've seen 2 different trailers so far.. the first one is the one i dont know the trailer music.. the trailer itself is quite long.. the shorter version which i have seen more recently is James Newton Howard's Unbreakable.. can anyone confirm if the trailer is Deep Blue Sea?

The trailer is in fact Deep Blue Sea by Rabin and the track that they use is Aftermath. Be sure you get the score an not the soundtrack because even though the sound track does give a 6 minute suite of music by Rabin, it doesn't give that theme.

I just want to make sure we are all talking about the same trailer. The one I have seen that I LOVE the music from is where everything stops and all you see/hear is Alicia saying "I need to believe that something extraoardinary is possible" and then the most gorgeous music I have ever heard sweeps in. It shows Alicia running in the rain, and then has Russel Crowe saying "it is a great gift to have a beautiful mind but an even greater gift is to discover a beautiful heart". Call me a nerd because I probably typed way too much, but I'm pretty sure that is the longer trailer. I've seen two, and the shorter one doesn't have the music in it at all. So...yeah. If anyone knows for sure that this is the song, just post it, and I will owe my ever-loving happiness to you because the song brings me to tears. Thank you so much.

That is most definately the music. I know what you mean, it is utterly amazing! There is a RM download of a portion of it at this very site if you go to the page devoted to "Deep Blue Sea". However, it is only a thirty second clip and I would like to know if anyone knows where to get the full version of the song (preferably online on account of my utter cheapness)
THANX

You would want to go to Amazon.com or Ebay and type in DEEP BLUE SEA. But, make sure it's the score version and not the horrible soudtrack version with a sloppy cut of Trevor Rabin music. When you get there (I try amazon first, it's still ceap and it's easier to find the score album) find the one that says music by Trevor Rabin.

The track you want is called AFTERMATH. It's the first one. The rest of the score is amazing as well.

Hope I helped.

what is the music used at the beginning of this trailer? is it on the soundtrack or on the score soundtrack or is it something completely different?
