Just wanted to point out that while Christian says that the "Mediterranean swing in 'Meet Mittens' cross[es] genre boundaries that aren't developed significantly later in the score," I really enjoy the sweeter reprise of this material in "House On Wheels" and think the themework here is a nice softening of the harsher 'Godfather'-style version when the character is behaving cruelly earlier in the film. The theme comes back again at the close of "Las Vegas" now only a solo piano, having lost it's sharp edge the same way Mittens has.

Anyway, I just think this is a vastly underrated score with many great themes and thought I'd throw that out there.
