Well I just got thru with the movie and I thought the score was pretty good, I'll definatly go out and get it after I seen the movie again, I enjoyed it alot..finally a decent Sci-Fi movie after..so long..

Well I saw the film and enjoyed the score in it. In fact I was impressed; Graeme Revell doing something decent is rare, which is sad because the man has talent. It was bold and had some neat sounds. I don't know how you can really call action music 'intelligent' or 'unintelligent,' and this is summer, after all. I might just buy this....
I wasn't impressed by the film itself, however. A good sci-fi flick could have been made with this director, these actors, and even this script. There are some great action set pieces but David Thwthoet (or something) is content to use machine-gun editing so I can't tell what's going on. Honestly, there were some good stunts and battles in this movie..... to bad we couldn't see them
