I simply do not understand why a score like this was, and is, so hard to come by. People swallowed this thing up when it was finally released on CD. Why? It is about as weak as Horner's score to Red Heat (with exceptions to the choral opening and end credit song). There are many great scores that have never been released, but why is Commando given the Holy Grail treatment? It's extremely rare to find and when, and if, you do find it - it will cost you. Surely, Mark Isham's score to Point Break could be given a nice limited release, but no.
