Gentlemen, at your convenience please review any of these Poledouris scores: Quigley Down Under, Cherry 2000, Flesh + Blood, Lonesome Dove, Farewell to the King, Starship Troopers, or Les MisÚrables.

These are truly amazing soundtracks, and leave little room for further debate within this discussion thread.
