This is madness! This soundtrack is so beautiful, almost every single cue is so impressive and yet sometimes so quiet.. so you have to listen carefully to understand the beauty of this score. The are so many themes and ideas. I'm so glad Desplat didn't wrote too much action 'stuff' (like he did in "The Golden Compass" and left me a little dissapointing). Actually, there is only one action cue in "The Curious Case.." soundtrack and it's quite elegant.

I love almost every second of this soundtrack. Yes, there isn't a cue that I can say about the composer "Wow! he 'kills' himself in this particular cue" because almost every track are in the same level and there isn't a highlight like there is for example in the "Valkyrie" soundtrack with the "They'll remember you" track.

So I am just really impressed by this soundtrack. It is not perfect, but it's so amazing and inspiring.
