Contact ASCAP/BMI to get performance rights... a ceremony is a public perfomance and does require payment (you choir conductor should know this!)

As for the lyrics/sheet music; contact Richard and he might give it to you. The lyrics are the standard kyries in repetition. (Kyrie Eleison, Christe Eleison, etc.)

This is what you can find on the hans-zimmer.com website. Altough I can't understand which lyrics can be heard where.

second thing is the lyrics of the Kyrie for the Magdalene. I have searched every inch of the net to get my hand on them and not found out a thing. Is there really nobody with accurate information? Maybe it's possible, to write e-mail to Mr. Zimmer and ask him personally?

We could try that, but unlikely that he'll answer. I did manage to get in touch with a musician who played for Harry-Gregson Williams in Kingdom of Heaven (I was curious for the instruments), who too knows Hans, but he said that it is very difficult to get hold of them. Even he didn't want to give me his address.
And about the lyrics. First of all to appease some, I'm not going to sing them during mass, I prefer to sing my own lyrics, improvised. But I'm gonna give the soundtrack to my choir conductor, and have him translate the text. Normally, in a couple of weeks I will have it.

Hallo, I wrote the Latin words for the suite for Hans. I also helped Richard with the lyrics for the Magdalene. This should help you. I think some people on the net have assumed that the words were the standard text, but the point is that we were changing them to support the thesis of the book (you don't have to believe it!).
For example, the words are not 'Dona eis requiem' or 'Dona nobis requiem', but 'Dona ei requiem'; not 'Give them/us rest', but 'Give HER (the Magdalene) rest'.
So, this is what I remember:
Kyrie eleison, Christe eleison, Kyrie eleison. Requiem aeternam dona ei, Domine
Lord have mercy, Christ have mercy, Lord have mercy. Give HER eternal rest, Lord.
This is repeated. I can't tell whether the soprano is singing 'Aah' or 'Ave' (to the Magdalene).
Pie Jesu, Domine, dona ei requiem.
Holy Lord Jesus, give HER rest.
Magdalenam adoramus, Maria mulier eius.
We revere the Magdalene, Maria HIS wife.
(This seems to have got a bit jumbled grammatically; I would have preferred 'Magdalena, te adoramus, Maria mulier eius'/ 'Magdalene, we revere thee, Mary, wife of Jesus'. But as it stands, you could say it meant 'We revere the Magdalene; Mary is/was his wife'.
Pie Jesu, Domine, dona ei requiem. (See above).
Maria, te adoramus, Femina sacra aeterna.
Mary, we revere thee, sacred eternal woman (the sacred, eternal feminine).
I think here again, the word 'aeterna' has had an 'm' added; people are used to the word that way.
