Sorry to say it but I don't believe that Monty Norman wrote the James Bond Theme

I believe that it was John Barry who wrote it
There's only one track on the DR. NO CD that has this theme and that is track 1
If you are looking on another song called THE JAMES BOND THEME (track 17) then you'll see what theme music Monty Norman gave the James Bond character.
Beside, Monty Norman does neither use some variations on that theme - so too hell with the court - BARRY wrote JAMES BOND THEME for 250 in 1962
And Barry do also compose variations on that theme in his 11 bond films
All in one - Monty Norman's DR. NO score sucks - and are actually worse than Serra's GOLDENEYE
I do not hope that Arnold sinks deeper than this if the reviewer is right in what he writes
