"Opening" - influenced by Arvo Pärt?

The playful violins refererd to in the review sound similar to the Arvo Pärt piece Tabula Rasa: I Ludus. I haven't seen anyone else noting this, but listening and comparing the two tracks, the influence sound pretty evident to my (untrained) ear. Anyone else?
