Strangely, this score reminds me of the glory days of Danny Elfman (Before crappy MIB). Pretty creepy.
But then again, this western motif stuff and this Chicken Run flair...
(Btw. Chicken Run is one of the best scores ever made. Ranks alongside with Batman, Crimson Tide, Backdraft etc.)

I really really like this score. If you follow John Powells "Evolution", you see that he's quite improved: Face/Off (Great Theme, nothing more), Antz (great and fun, perhaps a bit too harsh sometimes, but that douesn't really matter) and fabulous Chicken Run (brilliant! Apart from the hard on the edge of annoyance sounds that they do with these little whistles they gave to the choir).

Go get the soundtrack, it's worth the money.
